The End of a Tiger

3 January 2011

In the end of the 2010, also a lunar Tiger Year, a giant tiger – the term Chinese assign to government officials corrupted on a massive scale – came to the end of his political life and of his natural life. Ironically, "the most corrupted official in China”, as he is so labeled, is the head of an anti-corruption body - the Discipline Committee - in Hunan Province.

His doomed fate was sealed just a day after China’s central government issued a White Paper declaring an open war against official corruption which in recent decades has developed into a full blown social infection that is threatening to destroy China’s immune system and make Chinese nation and civilization defenseless before external assaults.
